RETURN POLICY

What is the 7-Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item replaced? What if the jewelry does not fit me?

  • Every piece of jewelry sold at ShineVista.com is covered under our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
  • We do not offer return, refund or exchange policy due to “change of mind” for all the orders due to hygienic issue. But you can change or cancel your order if your order is still in pending status and not yet shipped out from our warehouse. Once orders shipped, considered sold.
  • All items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable UNLESS in the event of a manufacturing defects and incorrect goods received. An exchange order will be created to replace the item.
  • In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at returns@shinevista.com or call us on +91 9408067000, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:

  • Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Any jewelry that has been washed
  • Any jewelry not in its original condition
  • Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Item that we receive in our ware house should be in resalable condition. If we receive the goods which are not in salable condition, they will be send back to customer.

How do I cancel an order on ShineVista.com?

Cancellation before product has shipped:

  • If you cancel your order before your jewellery has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped:

  • If your jewellery has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.

How do I return a purchased item? What is the procedure to return a product to ShineVista?

  • In order to initiate a return, please call our customer service at +91 9408067000 or email us at,  returns@shinevista.com. Our customer service representative will help you with the process.
  • Complete the shipment return form that comes with your order.
  • Please include the original contents, certificates and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • In case of product being damaged in-transit, please contact our customer service at +91 9408067000 before sending the shipment back to us. Our customer service representative will guide you in preparing the return shipment.
  • For the damaged product returns, you will be reimbursed up to Rs 50 towards your shipping costs, provided you include the courier receipt along with the return shipment. This is subject to your returns being inspected by our Quality Check team upon receiving the product.
  • For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

How will I be refunded for the return?

  • Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your SHINEVISTA account in a form of Gift Voucher or equivalent amount will be credited to your bank account through NEFT.
  • All the refunds are processed within 10 working days.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and do not have any expiry date to redeem.

Customers: What you need to know

  • We inspect all returned items when they arrive.
  • Your refund should arrive within two weeks (usually sooner), after the carrier issues your tracking number.
  • Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
  • Unless applicable, delivery and COD charges are not refunded.
  • If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only.
  • Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.

Non-returnable items

• Special orders made to customer specifications
• Products modified as per customer requests
