SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME:
- We process and ship orders from our Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad warehouse seven days’ week, Monday through Sunday. All Orders with free standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within same day of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
- Processing time for pre-order items may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation email.
- When your order ships, we will email & sms you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
OUR ORDER SHIPPING PROCESS:
Processing your order
- All orders are processed within 24 hours to 48 hours, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.
- For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can’t be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
- You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
- In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you within 1 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.
Tracking your order
- We send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient’s doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add “firstname.lastname@example.org” to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.
- All the orders for stocked items are usually delivered within 10 days. Delivery time for pre-order items may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation email.
